Air New Zealand Taxis offer a range of airport transfers suited to you. We’ll pick you up from, or deliver you to your home or business, or both domestic and international airports in Auckland, Whangarei, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill and Queenstown, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Air New Zealand Taxis also offer a prepaid fixed price taxi service between home and business addresses in Auckland. Enjoy the added convenience of pre-booking a taxi for meetings or appointments
New Zealand based Airpoints members now earn Airpoints Dollarstm when booking taxis and shuttles with Air New Zealand Taxis. You’ll earn one Airpoints Dollar for every $50 spent on a transfer (calculated on Total booking amount). Plus, for a booking under $50 you will earn a minimum of one Airpoints Dollar.
Depending on the service provider and city/town locations we accept bookings a minimum of 1 hour before you need your transfer.

Easy Pre-payment and a Fixed Rate
Because we offer pre-payment and a fixed price, no matter what the traffic on the day, you only pay the quoted price.
We’ve negotiated, so you don’t have to, showing you a competitive rate for that day, time and distance (based on comparison with flag fall rates with the companies we work with).
We accept all major credit cards for payment (sorry we don’t accept Travelcard yet) and if you are booking from overseas, you can select to see the pricing in other major currencies.
Meet & Greet For All Airport Pickups
Upon arrival to the Airport we’ll be waiting for you in the Arrivals area. Look for your name on the Air New Zealand Transfers sign that the driver will be holding.
If your flight is late, or you get stuck in Customs, there’s no need to panic as we’ll make sure we’re there for you, not to mention helping out with your bags on the way to your transfer vehicle.

Air New Zealand Taxi/Transfer to an Airport: If you have pre-booked and prepaid for a transfer where the drop-off point is at an airport and the vehicle has not arrived at the pickup point within 15 minutes of the booked pickup time, then we will provide an alternative vehicle at no charge and refund the full fare paid by you.
